February 22~Biggest Loser Day 2

Day 2~Not bad

My mother in law came over to help me with the boys today so I could work on school work and go grocery shopping. Aside from this allergy/cold flare up it was a good day.  I found myself wanting to snack all day though because I am home.  Being home makes me fat :P

Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast: Steel cut oatmeal with raisins, honey, pecans and 1/2 a banana, cup of tea = 270 (I measured out the add ins and figured out the calorie contents of each)

Snack: Cereal bar and watermelon cube = 115

Lunch: Homemade pizza pocket = 250 (this is a guess! i based it off of what store bought ones have and the fact that mine are whole wheat, homemade sauce and I know everything I'm putting in them)

1/2 tbs of natural peanut butter and 1/2 banana = 100

3 pretzels, 1 tsp pb, 1 homemade lemon marshmallow = 62

bowl of brown rice and veggies = 200

1 tsp pb = 32

Total for the day = 1029 

I'm not mad at that!

oh, and i'm putting my weight on the side bar with my weekly weigh in.  ew. how embarrassing.
