February 23~Biggest Loser Day 3

Breakfast: Bowl of Kashi Granola (1 cup) with less than a half cup of unsweetened almond milk on top and I drink as little as possible of it.  Cereal = 190 and if I had to make a generous guess I'd say I got 10 from the milk so total = 200

Snack: One medium banana = 100

Um, after this I'd rather not say. But I'm going to anyway.  My in laws called and wanted to take me and the boys out to eat.  I said sure.  They wanted to go to a cajun place that is really good if you like cajun food.  Problem is, I don't.  But they had corn fritters. And okra.  So I got a big salad to start out with.  And some corn fritters.  And some more corn fritters.  The weird thing is I wasn't stuff as a cow when I left so I'm going to hopefully way overestimate and say 1000 calories.  I didn't eat the rest of the day either because as soon as Joe got home I went to the church to volunteer so at least, I kept myself honest!

So Total for the day: 1300 (or so???)
