February 24~Biggest Loser Day 4

Breakfast: Cereal bar and 1/2 banana= 160

Turkey club on rye with chips for lunch (don't judge, it was a REALLY bad day)=600 (kind of guessing based on other things I looked up.)

dinner= 500ish  bowl of chili, salad, tea

So 1260.  That number isn't bad if I'm exercising which tonight, I did!  My friend came over at like 9 and we did 40 minutes of Zumba. We look like convulsing idiots but I sweat and that's what matters!  I guess we'll see!

Also carried my 50 pound dog halfway down the street today. Is that exercise?  Oh, and went to the chiropractor which was very much needed.  I love going!  I always feel better afterwards.  Okay, it's REALLY late and I need to sleep :)
